Thank you for your interest in joining Encompass Janitorial! We are a national, commercial cleaning service and we are always hiring qualified appointment setters to generate leads for our sales people. Our contract appointment setters are paid based on the appointments they set + plus bonuses + incentives. There is NO selling required, we do not need to land accounts for payout, once you set an appointment and we verify it your job is done. Payouts occur each Friday by 8:00pm EDT for the prior seven days. We do not hold money, all payments are in real time for the appointments you’ve set.

All of our remote agents are contractors, you ARE NOT an employee of Encompass Janitorial! We DO NOT supply equipment, Skype Credits, Google Talk Accounts or anything else. We do supply you with the area, business scope, number of appointments and call lists for the campaign you will be working on. After submitting this form we will email you a contractor packet that will provide you with more information on the duties of this position.
